Using Medrak Recorder

Medrak Recorder is a browser-based tool for recording scripted voice over, narration, podcasts, courses, and audiobooks. You are responsible for the scripts, recordings, exports, and projects you create with the service.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Subscriptions and trials

Paid access, trials, renewals, cancellation, and subscription management are handled through the billing flow shown in the product. Canceling automatic renewal prevents future billing but may not immediately remove access when a paid period or trial period remains.

Refunds

Payments are processed by our merchant of record. If you are not satisfied, you can request a refund within 14 days of your first charge by contacting support at medraak11@gmail.com. Renewal charges after the first billing period are refundable at Medrak Recorder's discretion or where required by law. Canceling your subscription stops future charges but does not by itself trigger a refund. The full policy is at medrak-recorder.com/refund.

Acceptable use

Do not use Medrak Recorder to violate laws, infringe rights, upload malicious content, attack the service, or interfere with other users.

Availability

Medrak Recorder may change, pause, or discontinue features. Browser microphone and speech recognition features depend on browser support and permissions.
