Refund Policy

The short version

If Medrak Recorder is not right for you, ask for your money back within 14 days of your first subscription charge and you will get it. No forms, no argument.

Free trial

The trial requires a card but costs nothing today. If you cancel automatic billing in your Profile before the trial period ends, you are never charged. If the trial converts and you did not intend it to, contact us within 14 days of that first charge and we will refund it in full.

First subscription charge

Your first subscription payment carries a 14-day money-back guarantee. Email medraak11@gmail.com from your account email within 14 days of the charge and we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Renewal charges

Canceling your subscription in Profile stops all future charges immediately; access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. Renewal charges are not automatically refundable, but if a renewal caught you by surprise, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review it fairly. Refunds required by the consumer law of your country are always honored.

How refunds are processed

Payments are handled by our merchant of record, so refunds are returned to the original payment method through the same provider. Once approved, refunds are typically visible on your statement within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

Your recordings are yours either way

A refund or cancellation never takes your work away. Export your projects and audio before or after requesting a refund; desktop projects live on your own machine regardless.

Fair use

We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of clear abuse, such as repeatedly subscribing, consuming significant recording time, and requesting refunds. This clause exists to protect the product for honest users and is applied rarely.
