What Medrak Recorder collects
Medrak Recorder collects the account information needed to sign in, run trials and subscriptions, send service emails, and save recording projects. This may include your name, email address, subscription status, project metadata, script text, and audio recordings.
Recordings and scripts
Recording data may be stored locally in your browser and, when cloud sync is available for your account, in Medrak Recorder storage. Recordings are used to provide the recorder, playback, project recovery, and export features.
Payments
Payments and card details are handled by our payment provider acting as merchant of record. Medrak Recorder does not store full card numbers. Medrak stores subscription status and billing lifecycle information needed to control access.
Medrak Recorder may send account, signup, billing, and product emails through Resend. You can contact support to request help with account or email issues.
Third-party services
Medrak Recorder uses Vercel for hosting, Supabase for authentication and storage, a payment provider acting as merchant of record for billing, Resend for email, Google OAuth for sign-in, and Google Fonts for typography.
